- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or didn’t like it, it must be completely unopened.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
✅ Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
✅ Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for eligible items.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will replace it free of charge.
